More information about our rent and services is below:

Semi-serviced office for rent, including internet WIFI, cleaning service, free drinking water, and shared meeting room usage.
Rent is inclusive of utilities (electricity & water), and central air-conditioning.
- Central air-conditioning is provided from 8 am - 6 pm on normal working days Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Additional charge of THB 300/hr for central air-conditioning on weekends, public holidays and outside normal working hours
Minimum contract period is 1 year for office suites A, C, and D.
Fixed telephone lines available and charged based on actual usage from NT.
One free parking space provided for office suites A, C and D.
- Rate of visitor parking as charged by Ocean Tower 2
